What is the Quick Start Program?

Filling out the form below acknowledges your request to utilize our platform and confirms that NovaData agrees to provide “Rest Assured Services” to you, which includes:

  • Viewing, auditing, and processing the data contained on restoration invoices sent by you to NovaData; 
  • Generating audits and aggregating rates through the use of the Rest Assured platform; and 
  • Supplying you with report(s) evidencing discrepancies, unreasonable billing entries and other compliance data.

NovaData grants to you a limited, non-transferable right and license to access and use the Rest Assured platform, subject to NovaData’s standard usage terms and restrictions, for one user solely in connection with your business purposes related to the individual invoice in question.

  • You, the Customer, own the reports generated from the Platform and Customer is free to copy, distribute, and display reports for its business purposes (but not to develop a service competitive to the Platform).
  • You hereby agree that NovaData may use the data as necessary to provide the Rest Assured Services.

NovaData may use the data in an aggregated and anonymous manner such as to analyze and assess industry trends, to improve or modify the Services and platform.
